I started this piece around the time of the 2020 US Presidential Election. That about covers it, I think. Since then, I have ditched my TV, partially because I couldn’t take another talking head and the anxiety it produced, and partially because since my husband divorced me, I cannot currently afford cable. The best things to happen to me on so many levels, now that I think about it.
