Trojan Horse started out with the gift of a 1932 high school yearbook from my daughter for Mother’s Day.
She knows me so well.
The pictures of the members of the football team in their leather “helmets” reminded me of some ancient warriors, which I then combined with a large image of a carousel horse head, and soon I was down the path of this Trojan horse. This piece contains tiny elements from the Paris Collage Collective’s weekly challenge for Week 20 of 2024. Lots of linocuts in this piece.
Beware of Greeks bearing gifts.
